Hello - Thanks for taking time to post your review. It is unfortunate that almost every ski rental in town was booked during your stay. This can happen during busy times of the year, especially spring break. Explorie is very accommodating to provide other opportunities for ski rental when their vendor is booked. I know the Front Desk Staff and I placed numerous calls to local ski shops in Winter Park, Fraser and even Granby to assist in your rentals. Your comment to "read the fine print" is a bit of an over-exaggeration and I apologize if it was taken the wrong way. When we talked I asked if you had read the confirmation that outlines the booking process for ski rentals. This is handled by a third party. Never the less, I have contacted Explorie to discuss this breakdown in communication.
